No. Each transaction has one buyer and one seller. You choose your role when creating the transaction.
They will receive an invitation email with instructions to create an account and join the transaction.
Do NOT release funds. Instead, raise a dispute through the "Raise Disputes" button. ZuruSafe support will help resolve the issue.
After you release funds, the system automatically processes the deposit. This typically happens within a few minutes, but may take up to 24 hours depending on your bank.
No, transaction details cannot be modified after creation. You would need to create a new transaction.
The transaction remains in "Created" stage until the counterparty joins. You can raise a dispute or contact support if needed.
Yes. Payments are processed through Monnify, a secure payment gateway. Funds are held in escrow until delivery is confirmed.
Yes. All your transactions (as buyer or seller) are available in the "Transactions" page. You can view them in table or card view.
If a transaction is frozen by an administrator, all action buttons are disabled. Contact ZuruSafe support for assistance.
